Terms of Service

This website provides general information about Trade Code Works software-development services. Submitting a project does not create a contract, attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, or obligation for Trade Code Works to accept the project.

Project acceptance and scope

Project acceptance is discretionary. Final scope, pricing, expiration dates, payment terms, milestones, cancellation terms, revisions, acceptance criteria, support, ownership, and delivery rights will be defined in the written project agreement or quote accepted by the customer.

Existing code and intellectual property

Customers must have the legal right to provide any source code, scripts, images, or documents submitted for review. Trade Code Works does not decompile, copy, or reproduce protected commercial software without authorization.

No investment advice or warranty

Trade Code Works provides software-development services, not investment advice. No software, indicator, strategy, backtest, simulation, or hypothetical result guarantees profitability or future performance.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing, configuring, and independently testing software before any live use. NinjaTrader updates, brokerage behavior, data-provider changes, internet issues, hardware failure, and platform dependencies may affect compatibility or operation.
