Privacy Policy

Trade Code Works collects information submitted through the project form, email inquiries, and ordinary server operation. This may include name, email, phone, company, project description, uploaded files, technical request details, server logs, security logs, and analytics data.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, evaluate project feasibility, prevent spam and abuse, maintain site security, and communicate about submitted projects. Trade Code Works does not sell personal information and does not share project submissions with advertisers.

Analytics

Trade Code Works may use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website, measure page visits and interactions, diagnose site performance, and evaluate project-inquiry activity. Analytics data may include device, browser, approximate geographic, referral, page-view, and interaction information. Trade Code Works does not intentionally send project descriptions, uploaded files, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other project-form contents to Google Analytics. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and policies.

Uploaded files

Uploaded files are stored outside the public website directory. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so customers should avoid submitting brokerage passwords, account passwords, financial credentials, or unrelated API secrets.

Retention

Unaccepted project submissions and related uploaded files may be retained for up to 90 days for evaluation, security, and follow-up purposes unless a longer period is required by law, requested by the submitter, or necessary for an accepted project.

Service providers

Hosting and email providers may process technical data needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Cookies are used only where required for normal site operation or approved analytics.
